Any Incident?

Theft Device

In case your Tourist Navigator has been stolen please communicate it urgently to your hotel staff. The device will then be blocked by our remote system and will also be located. You can also report it to the nearest Police Station and leave a copy of the Police Report at your hotel.

Breakage

In case of breakage please inform the hotel about it. The device must be handed over to the hotel staff.

GPS Error

If the Tourist Navigator does not connect to satelites please make sure that you are at an outside location.

Application Error

If the Tourist Navigator displays wrong information please communicate it to the hotel staff as soon as possible. They will be pleased to help you.

Important note

Your booking request will be automatically confirmed. We will send the voucher to your e-mail adress which you need to carry with you on the day of the tour. Occasionally, the guide will do the tour in two languages, however the groups size will never exceed 30 people.
