General conditions

It is essential to present a copy of the voucher you will receive upon completing your reservation to our guide on the day of your visit. This voucher serves as a proof of payment.


  1. Up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of your visit: 100% refundable.
  2. Within 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of your visit: Non-refundable.

By signing up for any of these trips, you fully accept the General Conditions and the content published on this website, which constitute your commitment to us and ours to you. For any issues arising from the interpretation or application of the conditions contained in this brochure, and for the fulfillment of the obligations derived from their acceptance, both the traveler and the organizing agency submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Granada, waiving any other jurisdiction.


The information contained on this website, such as itineraries, arrival and departure times, and operation dates, is accurate at the time of publication. Any changes or variations that occur after publication cannot be considered misleading advertising by the organizing agency. In case of any changes, they will be communicated at the time of booking or at the start of the tour, with the final and valid information provided by the guide at the beginning of the trip.


No refunds will be given for services you voluntarily did not use during the trip or excursion.


The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a purchase. Although Article 47 of the Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection in Distance Selling establishes a period of 14 calendar days within which the consumer can withdraw from the contract, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded through the website. Pursuant to the Royal Decree of November 18, 2002, distance contracts related to accommodation, transportation, restaurant, and leisure services are excluded from this possibility under certain conditions. This exception for the tourism sector was established due to the specificity of services provided in this sector and is in accordance with European regulations on distance selling, which also provides an exception for services related to accommodation, transportation, restaurant, and leisure.


If you encounter any reason for complaint during the excursion, please immediately inform the person responsible for the trip (guide, escort, group leader, etc.). This will give us the opportunity to correct any possible errors immediately. Subsequent complaints that were not made at the time of the issue will not be accepted, as addressing them later would prevent us from being able to resolve the problem.
