Full-day Trip to the Alpujarra in Granada

At the foot of the Sierra Nevada lies La Alpujarra, a collection of villages set in a landscape of colossal and unique valleys and ravines. We will pass through Lanjarón, Órgiva, Barranco de Poqueira (Pampaneira, Bubión, and Capileira), Pitres, Pórtugos, Busquistar, and Trevélez.

We will make several stops among these locations, the first being at the Tablate Bridge, which marks the entrance to La Alpujarra Granadina. The second stop is in Pampaneira, where we will visit the chocolate factory and the weaving workshop, and stroll through the village, admiring the fabulous Barranco de Poqueira.

Our next destination is Pórtugos, with stops at Fuente Agria and Fuente del Chorreón. After that, we will visit Trevélez, the highest village in La Alpujarra, where we will enjoy a tasting of local products. Finally, we will arrive in Capileira. In this village, we will have the option to eat the typical Alpujarra dish, along with various appetizers and seasonal soups, and we will have ample time to walk around and appreciate its beauty.
